The paper “Safeguarding the Working, Domestic and Health Environment” is a thrilling example of a management research paper. Many agencies have found a vital concern regarding the idea of safeguarding the working, domestic, and healthy environment. These agencies ensure that they recognize individuals who at risk so that they take the necessary actions to safeguard these individuals. Several reports about the main faults in safeguarding have been made in the past, and the key issues that have been identified are poor interagency workings and poor communication.

Despite these reports, there have still been cases of failures of agencies in collaborative work to safeguard individuals who are vulnerable and also cases in child protection. Since these reports, there has also been an intervention by a new model of multi-agency, known as the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hubs (MASH) in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil, Wrexham, Devon, and London.MASH models always represent themselves distinctly depending on the organization that they are handling. The common principles that MASH applies include information sharing, decisions that are made jointly, and interventions that have been coordinated.

The main goal of MASH is to improve the safeguarding services for both the children and adults who are vulnerable to the risks (Stanley and Humphreys, 2014, p.78). MASH specializes in information sharing and the provision of timely and quality responses. The significance of an efficient multi-agency team is something that has brought a huge impact on safeguarding human lives. MASH aims to ensure that improved decisions are made regarding risks to individuals and that these choices are bound to be made faster.

A number of agencies have failed in their effort of safeguarding children and adults who are vulnerable to risks and this is what induced the foundation of MASH. The Munro reports suggested that a number of severe and disastrous cases happened because of the lack of efficiency of professionals taking part in the initiatives. Reports have also stated that most of the safeguarding matters have occurred because of the poor quality of information sharing.
