Management College: Managing Diversity, Teams, Leadership and Emotions in the Organization Executive Summary Diversity is a positive factor in the business that is essential to its development. Furthermore, it brings people from different walks of life. Again it discourages the issue of superiority complex, and nobody will appear to be more superior to the other. On the other hand, teamwork goes hand in hand with the leadership. Leaders should create a holistic environment that that encourages cooperation.

In addition, emotion can be something that the employees can copy when presented positively (Humphrey 2008). Diversity and Group A successful business should take care of the individual difference and draw various standpoints and experiences so as to improve value for the company. Easy Jet Company gives equal opportunities in employment opportunity. It does not give regards and disparity on the basis of sex, age, the ethnic origin, religion and more others. The company looks into the skill that the individual rather than the diverse background of the applicant.

Working with people from a different lineage in the business provides an understanding of the different market (Rahim 2012). Moreover, diversity helps the customers to feel that they part of the business body and never feeling alienated. For instance, the easyjet Company has its employees coming from different European countries. Furthermore, diverse workforce puts the business in a healthier to fathom the demographics of the clients and to understand what satisfies the customers (Dansby, Stewart, & Webb 2012).

The Easyjet Company considers the importance of diversity as a way of improving the business. The composition employees of different age gaps in a business are helpful for the future survival of the business (Harvard Business School 2007). For instance, young employees indicate the future survival of the business. At the same time, the old are important since they are a store of knowledge and the business can rely on them in decision-making. In addition, diversity helps in widening of the market for the business products.

Focused individuals in the workforce help in the exploration of the international market. In the line of difference between the religion and beliefs, easy Jet provides the worshiping facilities to its employees (Robinson 2009). Furthermore, the company takes care of the diets of its employees with respect to their religion. The diversity of human resource helps the companies to appreciate the clients from all over the globe therefore providing a holistic environment to such people. The diversity plays a significant role in the easyjet business because it solves the problem of communication.

For instance, there may be a client who does not understand the common language, therefore, an employee who can communicate chip in to help (Henry 2011). Leadership and Emotions The theory has it that prominent leader’s lead through emotions. Whichever way the leaders may want point; the success will rely on how they put their words across. The leaders must have driving emotions when mobilizing the staffs for strategy execution. The leader’s moods have a significant impact on the attitudes of other workers in an organization (Deschamps 2008).

However, it is imperative that the leader should not make their emotions override the joy in the workplace. A proper mood in a leader should target towards motivating the workers to execute their plans. Furthermore, the attitude of the head should not be one-sided in that it favors others on the other hand discriminate others. The success of a business emanates from the role played by the people in the company. Therefore, devoted and capable leaders are primary in a accomplishing the agenda that the company puts forward.

In that case, therefore, the easyJet company ensures that the staffs it hires have the bright skill so as to ensure the progress of the company at the present and even in future. Furthermore, the easy jet company invests in their leadership team by taking them through professional certification so as to equip its leaders with skills relevant to completion. It is also important that the leaders in any given company know the strategies of the company and the challenges that they face. Such awareness can be done through the introduction of Administration growth program (Gardenswartz & Rowe 2008).

The Easy jet company practices the management program by the introduction of the virtual management program so as to ease the learning network. Moreover, for a successful leadership in a business organization, the company has to invest in identifying the talents of individual so as to contribute to proper administration (Maddock & Fulton 2009 Easy Jet Company runs a graduate program that is accepted in the whole of Europe as a sector that provides the best transport logistics. Easy Jet Company provide job to those who go through the graduate program for them to give the best leadership in the service delivery (Goleman, Boyatzis & Mckee 2002).

For example, there is a year that the easy Jet Company gave a hand in starting engineering training program; from that point forward about ten aeronautical engineers joined the company.
