Movie Review of Batman: The Dark Knight Rises September 11, Batman movies are worth their price in gold. The story delves into the heroic exploits of Batman. The story is set at a time when Bruce Wayne retired from his usual crime fighting escapades. The movie Batman: The Dark Knight Rises aptly incorporates four powerful characters. I adore Batman for being a human being. Just like mere mortals, Batman underwent hindrances. Bruce Wayne took up the cudgels for his bankrupt Wayne Enterprises. Wayne erroneously funneled most of his Wayne money in Miranda Tate’s clean energy program.

Wayne was wrongly persuaded that the nuclear power project would improve Gotham City’s community life. However, the project was shelved because of the possible environmental damage. Nuclear power generates a deadly by-product, radiation. Bruce Wayne was distressed, just like an average person. And just like most happy endings, he was able to bounce as Batman. As Batman, Wayne saves Gotham city by bringing the bomb outside the city’s boundaries. The bomb explodes over the bay area, thanks to recuperated Bruce Wayne.

I admire Alfred Pennyworth. He is a person who has character (Darius 59). Alfred Pennyworth decided to spend his life caring for the needs of Bruce Wayne. He was not discouraged because he was not born with a silver spoon, living in a rich family. Pennyworth gave his 150 percent to each of his Wayne Mansion responsibilities. He used all his persuasive power to convince Bruce Wayne to make the original Batman crop up again. His loyalty was finally broken when the butler could no longer stand Bruce Wayne’s wasting his valuable time away in rotting flesh fashion.

The former felt he was no longer effective as Bruce Wayne’s personal adviser, counselor, butler, and friend. I deeply hate Bane. Bane is the epitome of a criminal, especially with the likes of Joker, Penguin, Cat woman, and Mr. Freeze. Bane’s venom-generated super strength complements his criminally genius mind. His evil activities include capturing Gotham City’s old Police Commissioner James Gordon. Moreover, the villain’s plan included blowing up the entire Gotham City. Bane’s evil acts included trapping the city’s police force in order to perpetuate Bane’s criminal objectives.

His evil success included persuading Selina to bring Wayne to him as a valuable prisoner. I personally espouse emulating Commission James Gordon. Gordon is the epitome of a responsible person. All Batman movies prop up Gordon as eagerly trouncing any obstacle to finding and asking the help of the city’s popular crime fighter, Batman (O’Neil 49). The sad Batman story turns from dismal to heart-pumping fast action when Batman finally returns. Commission helps Batman ouster the evil Bane. He places the interest of his beloved Gotham City over and above his personal interests.

James Gordon is a true statesman. Summarily, the Batman movies are more than their price in gold. The four characters increase the movie’s quality. The four characters blend to keep the audience on their toes until the last minute. Evidently, the movie’s four powerful characters catapult the story into the hall of fame pedestal.
