TRAINING EVALUATION Proposed Expenditure Resources Documentation Evaluation 1. Addition of an extra classroom 2. Furnishing new classroom with IT tools and equipment 3. Allowances of trainers 4. Refreshment for trainees 5. Transportation 6. Honorarium 1. Presentation materials 2. Resource personnel 3. New IT equipment 4. Extra working time As part of the operating objectives of A-1 Driving School, the present training needs program is instituted to enhance the training given to driver in the basics of operating a motor vehicle, while laying much emphasis on the personal safety of the driver, passengers, pedestrians, and other motor vehicle operators.

Once all of these are accomplished, the driver’s goal of passing the state driving examination will be enhanced as IT is introduced as a paradigm in the training program (Nonis and Cathy, 2011). Evaluation is always important in identifying strengths and challenges for future modifications (Norberg, 2012) Evaluation seminars shall be designed for the following stakeholders: 1. Trainers 2. Trainees 3. Organizers 4. Training program Areas of the analysis process that would be expanded Considering the fast moving pace at which the application of information technology is becoming relevant in almost all sectors of business including the activities of driving schools, the area of the analysis process that would be expanded most for the organization would be on the use of information technology in carrying out duties and responsibilities at work.

With this well mastered, it is expected that the organization will be in a better position to increase its productivity because more work will be done within a very brief time frame. This also means that the efficiency and effectiveness with which customers are served at the driving school will be improved. Consequently, customer satisfaction will be enhanced and the organization would benefit from increased patronage. Finally, approved new laws and highway safety standards shall be included and expanded through the training needs analysis.

Areas of the analysis process that would be removed The fact that most learners have the notion that the best and most ultimate result they can get from the undertaking the driving school lesson is to pass their government driving test examination is inappropriate. This is because there remain more for learners to achieve other than passing the driving test. To this effect, the training needs analysis would be aimed at designing an advocacy strategy that will be used to remove the ideology presently held by learners on the need and relevance of the driving school lessons.
