As this anonymous quote portrays, the greatest blessing that any person can get is a loving family. A family is one which helps you with your problems and difficulty and accepts you the way you are. It not only helps you in times of difficulties, it also provides other moments of happiness which one can share with other members of the family. My family has always been supportive of each other and shared our moments of happiness as well as difficulties.

My uncle owns the De Tech Auto Collision Company and it has been providing services to customers for 20 years. Since my birth, my family has been involved in this business and it has become a part of our family itself. A family business is one which is owned by a family or even a group of families. The success of a family-business depends highly on the family itself and the ethics and value followed by the family as a whole. The management of any family business is dependant on the ethics and principles followed by the family and its members.

Therefore, our family business has succeeded due to the love and co-operation of our family members. The De-Tech Auto Collision has provided value-added services to its customers and due to it, the company has been able to attract a large number of people and has a large number of loyal consumers. Its mission is to provide superior value to the customers and therefore, it has been able to make a good name for itself. Many family businesses have collapsed due to the internal problems and poor management styles but De-Tech Auto Collision has been in the family for 20 years due to its commitment to providing superior value to its customers.

The De-Tech Auto Collision specializes in providing auto body parts as well as auto repair and service. Another specialization of this company is in old schools as it provides services for customized painting as well. The company has a large number of committed employees who work to provide satisfaction to the customers. They are pleased with the working conditions provided by the company and as a result, they are also highly motivated which, further, improves the reputation of the company.

The company has several, experienced auto body technicians and highly trained on-site painters as well. They have contacts with the major insurance companies as well. Along with this, the company also provides rims and other accessories to its customers (De Tech Auto Collision, Web). It has continued to fulfill its mission of providing high-quality products to its customers and has also succeeded in satisfying them.I love this family business and it has become a part of my life now. Since my childhood, I have spent countless days at this place and have seen the happy smiles on the faces of the satisfied customers.

It has made me realize the importance of family and how it helps in building up an entire structure, one which can be relied upon. It is a company which makes a dream come true by providing personalized services to its customers. I have grown up spending weekends at this place and have participated in all activities. I have had the chance to see the entire workplace which is highly equipped and well maintained. All the employees are aware of their responsibilities and therefore, the entire process is maintained and there is no discrepancy in the process.

More than half of the customers are satisfied with the services provided by the De-Tech Auto Collision. Our family has been able to maintain this company as well as its workplace. The employee turnover is also good. The company has been able to make sufficient profits throughout its existence of 20 years. This family business is what has kept our family together for years and has maintained our family values and customs. All of us are bound together by this company and in all our family gatherings, the family members continue to discuss matters related to this company.

All the members of this family are somehow related to this company and each and every matter of the company affects all of us. This company has existed for 20 years and will continue to provide excellent services to all its customers in the future.
