The concepts of cooperative learning and cross tutoring are employed during teaching. The need to accommodate all the learners in the classroom requires an appropriate classroom organization. Inclusive learning and teaching have deemed to improve the general performances due to increased retention of subject content. Pupils with disabilities are taken into consideration. The availability of instructional materials dictates the nature of classroom organization either as an individual, paired, or grouped based.

For instance, insufficient materials warrant the classroom teacher to adopt a certain nature of organizing the pupils so that the aim of learning and teaching is achieved. The age differences among the pupils in the classroom influence the classroom organization. Also, the factor will address the nature of the relationship existing among the pupils. Pupils are organized into the different settings in a classroom with a view to overcoming various barriers to learning and teaching. Such barriers range from noise, extreme environmental conditions.

The emergence of undesirable behaviors among the students influences the classroom organization. Pupils are organized in order to curb any disruptive behavior that can impair the normal learning process. The performance of pupils in the classroom dictates how the pupils in the classrooms. This will ensure the performance is improved and repetitive that could lead to minimum competencies are eliminated. Strategies for organizing pupils can come into existence especially in scenarios where a student forgets to do homework, have poor time management, and cannot keep track of his/her materials.

These strategies keep students organized. The need to treat all pupils the same in a class requires teachers to devise different strategies for effective classroom management. Teachers are sensitive to the diverse needs of the pupils. The use of a structured routine in the classroom helps the pupils to stay organized. The pupils become less confused and frustrated. Organizing pupils helps to maximize contact with their teachers so that every child benefits from teaching and interaction. The organizational strategy ensures that teachers and pupils use time efficiently.

Thus the pupils can take maximum advantage to learn. The strategy sought to avoid the prolonged wait by pupils in need of help or undue hold-ups for books. It facilitated teacher control. However, the strategy may divert consideration of what is taking place in classrooms in regard to attitudes, teaching, and learning processes. The use of an authoritative strategy allowed teachers to manage the pupils’ behavior especially by enforcing a definite and reasonable set of classroom rules. The rules will create an organized and productive learning atmosphere for both the pupils and teachers.

A well-structured classroom environment influences how pupils learn in class. For instance, there will be a reduction in the number of distractions that makes pupils focus and retain the subject content. Effective classroom organization contributes to maximum efficiency. Careful planning of the classroom learning environment influences the behavior and learning of the pupils. Classroom organization and management strategies have been utilized to maximize students’ on-task behavior which resulted in a positive working environment.

Furthermore, teachers can reduce stress and class disruption leading to successful learning. Classroom organization is enhanced with a well-scheduled routine that maintains a defined order of activities and subjects. Alternatively, the teacher organization influences an effective classroom organization. Curriculum and instructional strategies can be used to organized pupils in a classroom environment.
